Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and document all titration processes accurately.
  • Transfer titration data effectively for operational use.
  • Regulate bath temperatures using manual and automated controls.
  • Manage tank transfers between holding tanks as required.
  • Coordinate with water treatment personnel regarding tank operations.
  • Safely transfer chemicals from storage to processing tanks.
  • Maintain optimal chemical concentrations and cleanliness in baths.
  • Operate and troubleshoot React controllers for various processes.
  • Utilize scrubber brushes effectively, making necessary adjustments.
  • Monitor production schedules to ensure proper treatment protocols.
  • Maintain tank levels and recycle materials for efficiency.
  • Understand and operate conductivity probes, addressing issues as they arise.
  • Perform regular maintenance on wet section equipment.
  • Adjust spray bars and clean as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
  • Control and adjust roll pressures in the coating process.
  • Execute quick changes in treatment processes efficiently.
  • Comply with waste treatment protocols and safety regulations.
  • Maintain detailed logs of chemical usage and equipment status.
  • Keep work areas organized and adhere to 6S standards.

Additional Duties:

  • Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
  • Participate in the training of new team members.
  • Ensure proper labeling and handling of hazardous materials.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Utilize computer systems for data entry and retrieval.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Capability to operate forklifts and other machinery safely.
  • Stamina to work in varying temperatures and conditions.
  • Visual acuity for reading gauges and performing inspections.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in an industrial environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with coating processes is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
