The Cybersecurity Manager will oversee a team responsible for conducting thorough assessments of systems and networks, identifying deviations from established configurations and policies. This includes both passive evaluations, such as compliance audits, and active evaluations like vulnerability assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular reviews of system audits and monitor corrective actions until closure.
  • Coordinate with classified programs on the design and implementation of secure operating systems and networks.

As the manager, you will foster an inclusive culture within a diverse environment, focusing on individual development, teamwork, and effective performance management. You will ensure compliance with Northrop Grumman and Cyber ISS policies, supporting the formal Security Assessment process.

Qualifications:

Master's degree with 3 years of Information Systems Security experience; OR a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of Information Systems Security experience is required. A DoD 8570 IAM level II (or higher) security certification is mandatory.

Applicants must possess a current DOD Secret security clearance (at a minimum) or be enrolled in the DOD Continuous Evaluation Program (CEP).

Preferred Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Cyber Security or a related field, with 4 years of ISSO/ISSM experience. Previous experience in a SIPRNet environment and prior leadership experience are highly desirable.

We offer flexible work arrangements, phenomenal learning opportunities, exposure to a wide variety of projects and customers, and a very friendly team environment.
