Job Overview:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to our residents. This position is FLEX/PRN, allowing for a variety of shifts to accommodate your schedule.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary of $31.50/hr, with additional shift differentials of $2 for evening shifts, $1.50 for night shifts, and an extra $1 for weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and independence.
- Providing respectful and dignified care to all residents, families, visitors, and colleagues.
- Maintaining residents' privacy and rights in accordance with State and Federal Regulations.
- Responding promptly to resident needs and requests.
- Assisting with meal services as required.
- Documenting vital signs accurately, including temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, and weight.
- Opportunities for training as a medication technician.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum age of 18 and a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in healthcare or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications, or a willingness to obtain them after hire.
