As a Mechanical Technologist, you will be responsible for conducting basic vehicle diagnostics and performing routine vehicle repair and maintenance services in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications. The estimated salary for this role is $18-$22 per hour (guaranteed minimum) and $27-$42 per hour (flat rate based on experience).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting basic vehicle diagnostics to properly identify required repairs.
- Performing routine vehicle repair and maintenance services in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Providing exceptional customer service and communication to guests.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Automotive training including basic car maintenance and repair or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- ASE certification and State Inspection license (where applicable) preferred.
- Must possess a current valid driver's license and have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
