Renal Care Services Coordinator

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inpatient Charge Nurse to join our team. As an Inpatient Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling direct patient care staff to provide coverage of Acute Dialysis treatments in contracted hospitals/facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all Acute treatments are performed in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Maintain and review the daily TAP tool for all hospitals/facilities under their direct supervision.
- Communicate with the physician and other members of the healthcare team to interpret, adjust, triage and complete patient care plans.
Requirements
- RN degree.
- Minimum of 9 months nursing experience; plus 3 months of specialized experience providing clinical nursing care to dialysis patients in an Acute or Chronic setting required.
- Demonstrated leadership competencies and skills for the position, including continuous quality improvement, relationship development, results orientation, team building, motivating employees, performance management, and decision making.
