Job Title: Ventilator Nurse

Complete Care at Bayshore is seeking a skilled Ventilator Nurse to join our team. As a Ventilator Nurse, you will provide expert care to residents who are dependent on ventilators, ensuring their safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage ventilator settings and equipment, making necessary adjustments based on residents' conditions.
  • Perform regular assessments of respiratory function and overall health, documenting findings and communicating with the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and respond to any respiratory emergencies.
  • Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans.
  • Educate residents and their families on ventilator care and health management.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred.
  • RN certification in NJ.
