Position Summary:
The Radiation Therapist will be responsible for planning, managing, and directing the coordination of radiation oncology services in accordance with established standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver precise radiation treatment as prescribed by the radiation oncologist.
- Foster positive, trusting, and professional relationships with patients.
- Prepare and set up necessary equipment to ensure patient safety and effective treatment.
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout the radiation therapy process.
Qualifications:
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Registered Radiation Therapist (ARRT-RTT) certification.
- Valid State License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Travel Requirements:
- Minimal travel required.
