Role Overview:
The Registered Nurse plays a vital role in the care delivery team, responsible for establishing and maintaining high standards of patient care. This position encompasses accountability for nursing care delivery, ensuring quality and safety for patients and their families.
The Registered Nurse will manage patient care activities for a designated group of patients, utilizing independent judgment and fostering communication and collaboration with the entire healthcare team.
Building strong relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, patients, and families is crucial to achieving optimal patient outcomes throughout their care journey.

- Engage actively in quality improvement initiatives within the department.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing patient satisfaction and care quality.
- Employ research and evidence-based practices to inform clinical care improvements.

- Ensure comprehensive patient documentation to facilitate caregiver communication.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of six months of nursing experience is preferred.
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
Licensure and Certifications:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the applicable state or a state covered by a licensure compact agreement.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification is required.
- Compliance with all necessary background checks and clearances is mandatory.
