Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Ace of the South. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with receiving, stocking, and pricing merchandise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a positive representation of Ace of the South and proactively assist customers in solving problems.
  • Greet customers entering and throughout the store, thank customers when finished, and when they are leaving the store.
  • Assist customers throughout the store with personalized service based on the premise of amazing every customer, every time.
  • Assist with receiving, checking in, and stocking merchandise throughout the store.
  • Assist with maintaining back stock levels, daily maintenance, orderliness, and cleanliness of the sales floor, stock room, and outdoor merchandise area.
  • Operate a forklift with proper training and communicate any Store Support Center issues to the General Manager.
Requirements
  • High School or GED equivalent.
  • Formal retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 25lbs), and climb.
