About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Global Commercial Banking efforts in the Healthcare sector. As a key market player, you'll be responsible for maintaining and growing our industry-leading position. Our Transformative Healthcare segment serves public and private healthcare companies with annual revenues between $50 million and $2 billion.

The ideal candidate will function as a strategic leader, driving revenue growth, profitability, and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include developing and executing market and client strategies, coaching and inspecting the Client Management Process, hiring and developing top talent, and allocating resources to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reports to the Healthcare, Technology, Financial Sponsors & Restaurants Executive.
  • Led a team of Relationship Managers and Commercial Associates, ensuring seamless coordination across the bank.
  • Responsible for strategically allocating resources to achieve growth and outpace competitors.
  • Direct accountability for allocating Relationship Managers and collaborating with the market leadership team.
  • Managed the team's pipeline of deals, facilitating hand-offs between members of the client teams.
  • Enhanced team performance through effective recruiting, coaching, development, and performance management activities.
  • Maintained strong relationships with business leaders and key support partners within the HTSRA leadership team.
  • Potentially led or participated in enterprise projects or initiatives with Management Operating Committee or Board level visibility.
  • Served as the face of the bank to the business community within their market.

Success Metrics:

  • Growth in business measured by number of clients, products per relationship, loan balances, deposit balances, core and investment banking revenue.
  • Returns on business, including revenue growth, efficiency, net income, client assets.
  • Client satisfaction ratings.
  • Employee satisfaction levels.
  • Contributions to larger business beyond direct scope of influence.

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 15 – 20+ years of experience in Commercial Lending, preferably with some Healthcare sector knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Capital Structure and Investment Banking products.
  • Strong understanding of sales organizations and sales processes.
  • Demonstrated teaming behavior that fosters win-win solutions, building trust.
  • Demonstrated sound judgment and acted with speed, achieving results quickly.
  • Communicated clearly and candidly.
  • Achieved Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, 63 & 24 licenses within specified timeframes.

Work Details:

First shift schedule for the United States of America.

40 hours per week.

Pay Transparency details

Estimated annual salary: $275,000. This figure may vary based on individual qualifications, experience, and skill set. We offer an attractive compensation package, including competitive benefits and resources to support employees.
