Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Officer - Bike Patrol to join our team at Seminole Gaming. As a Bike Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing basic security coverage and ensuring the safety of our patrons and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Observe and obey all traffic regulations while patrolling the property on a bicycle.
  • Direct vehicular traffic in employee parking areas, surface parking lots, and throughout the property.
  • Ensure the safety and security of vehicles in lots by reporting suspicious behavior to a Security Supervisor.
  • Respond to incidents, accidents, and calls for assistance.
  • Provide emergency medical care to the highest degree necessary within allowable limits for the certification held.
  • Conduct themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and company/departmental policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required and a minimum of one (1) year of guest service experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and ride a bicycle for long periods of time, able to climb steps, respond to emergency situations, and handle basic duties and responsibilities of the position.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and fast-paced situations.
Work Environment

The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced, and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino-related environmental factors, including but not limited to, second-hand smoke, excessive noise, and constant exposure to the general public.
