Job Summary:

As a Server/Wait Staff at Waffle House, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Order Taking: Accurately taking orders from customers and communicating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food.
• Food Delivery: Delivering hot food to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Phone Handling: Answering phones and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Cleaning: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
• Safety and Regulations: Adhering to safety rules and regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• End of Shift Duties: Completing end-of-shift duties, including cleaning and restocking supplies.
