Role Responsibilities

The Culinary Specialist is tasked with preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes according to established recipes and adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols. A solid understanding of kitchen fundamentals, including knife skills and organization, is essential. The Culinary Specialist should be capable of managing a station independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook dishes in accordance with recipe guidelines and safety standards.
  • Familiarity with menu items relevant to the position.
  • Demonstrate fundamental kitchen skills, including seasoning and organization.
  • Follow production and appearance guidelines for the location.
  • Provide prompt and friendly service to both teammates and guests.
  • Maintain proper inventory control and equipment handling.
  • Adhere to company policies as outlined in training materials.
  • Complete all setup and breakdown tasks thoroughly.
  • Practice safe and sanitary food handling procedures.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude towards colleagues and management.
  • Arrive on time and ready to fulfill all assigned duties.
  • Assist fellow team members as needed.
Essential Job Functions
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and engage physically with guests.
  • Capable of standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
  • React with mental and physical alertness in emergency situations.
  • Exhibit stamina and agility to remain mobile throughout the day.
