Job Overview

  • Possession of Anaplan Level 3 model builder certification is essential.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation of functional specifications.
  • Proven experience in direct client engagement for the collection of business requirements and validation of design.
  • Expertise in developing test plans, creating test cases, and executing testing procedures.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Anaplan model building, with successful completion of at least one Anaplan project implementation.
  • Familiarity with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills are required, encompassing documentation, email correspondence, and presentation creation.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience leading a small team of Anaplan modelers.
  • In-depth knowledge of Revenue, Expense, Incentive, Compensation, and Headcount planning/forecasting modeling.
  • Experience in designing and constructing Anaplan models and modules to meet business planning and forecasting needs in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
  • Capability to develop intricate calculations, manage data imports and exports, and create integration workflows while adhering to Anaplan best practices.

Additional Information:

  • Hands-on experience with Anaplan model building is a must.
  • Willingness to work outside of standard business hours when necessary.
  • Strong communication abilities are essential.
  • Pre-screening for communication and technical skills is mandatory.
  • Screening notes should be included at the top of the resume.
