Overview

The Post Event Lead plays a crucial role in guiding and motivating a team of cleaning personnel. This position is typically situated in various commercial environments, such as educational institutions, financial establishments, warehouses, office complexes, and manufacturing sites, while also delivering exceptional customer service to clients.

Compensation: $22 to $23 per hour

The pay range mentioned reflects the hourly rate for this role. Actual offers may differ based on the candidate's experience, skills, geographic location, and market alignment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • No educational qualifications required (high school diploma, GED, or college degree)
  • No prior experience necessary; on-the-job training will be provided

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service
  • One year of relevant work experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction to team members
  • Facilitate communication among team members, clients, and management
  • Report performance issues to the Supervisor
  • Assist in training cleaning staff
  • Coordinate work assignments effectively
  • Help create daily and weekly work schedules
  • Oversee cleaning operations within the assigned facility
  • Manage security protocols for keys and access cards
  • Report maintenance work orders
  • Ensure the premises are secured at all times
  • Collaborate with the Manager to schedule tasks with the Property Manager and cleaning crew
  • Oversee job quality and confirm completion with the Manager
  • Provide training for all new hires assigned to the location
  • Conduct weekly checks on supplies, equipment, and cleaning chemicals
  • Complete order forms accurately
  • Coordinate equipment usage and inventory management
