  • Restock and organize cleaning carts at the end of each shift.

Expectations

Maintain the hotel's cleanliness standards by ensuring that guest rooms are cleaned and serviced according to the established guidelines. Report any maintenance issues and respond to guest requests or complaints effectively. Uphold the confidentiality and security of all guest accommodations.

Qualifications
  • At least one year of cleaning experience; hotel experience is preferred.
  • Effective communication skills with guests, management, and colleagues.
  • Understanding of proper chemical handling procedures.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with local attractions and activities suitable for guests.
