Job Summary and Qualifications
We are looking for a dedicated Float Pool RN to become part of our exceptional team. You will have the unique opportunity to work across various nursing specialties, providing vital care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advocate for patients and families, ensuring privacy and confidentiality
- Facilitate patient care through nursing assessments and diagnoses
- Deliver plan-based care with a focus on continuous improvement
Job Requirements:
- Must hold a current license as a registered professional nurse in the state of practice, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
- State of Florida license or appropriate compact licensure is required.
- An Associate Degree is necessary, with a BSN preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting is preferred.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be acquired within 30 days of employment.
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training is required within 90 days of hire.
