We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at Sprouts Therapy, a pediatric habilitation program offering intensive occupational, speech, physical, and feeding therapy on the island of O'ahu.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and assess client progress and treatment plans
- Communicate treatment outcomes to families post-treatment session
- Administer and document evaluations and plans of care
- Timely documentation, billing, and timesheet management
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- OTR Certification Required
- Obtain Hawaii License (upon hire)
- Obtain NPI number (upon hire)
- Obtain BLS certification by an accredited course (upon hire)
- Complete insurance provider applications (upon hire)
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Continuing education credits
- Health insurance
- Vision insurance
