Position Overview:
At Pinelands Recovery Center of Medford, you will collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals specializing in substance use treatment, all committed to fostering enduring health and recovery.

Role Responsibilities:
The Evening Shift Nursing Supervisor will oversee nursing staff and manage administrative responsibilities. This includes:

  • Providing clinical supervision and guidance on comprehensive client care and therapeutic environment management.
  • Consulting with physicians and psychiatrists to ensure effective medical interventions.
  • Facilitating therapeutic nursing groups and conducting regular assessments of medical issues.
  • Participating in staff orientation and educational activities.
  • Maintaining communication with medical and clinical teams regarding client treatment.
  • Ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range: $43-53 per hour
Continuing education programs and training opportunities are available.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Management or supervisory experience.
  • Experience in mental health nursing is advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with JCAHO and state regulatory requirements.
  • Understanding of medications and their appropriate application.
