Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Cesna. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and maintain high-speed production equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Practice safe work habits and wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Complete all work orders and assignments on time without errors, as directed by your supervisor or manager.
  • Perform package changeovers on equipment as required and participate in daily meetings to discuss maintenance department objectives and opportunities.
  • Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic devices and hydraulic systems, as well as develop preventive maintenance needs and hydraulic systems.
  • Independently perform all assignments after being given general instructions as to the results expected.
  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • Bilingual in Korean is required.
  • Ability and willingness to work longer hours as necessary, including weekends and holidays.
  • Able to walk, stand for extended periods, sit, and talk or hear regularly.
  • Able to use both hands and fingers to feel or handle objects, sit for extended periods, stand frequently, bend, squat, reach, and turn.
  • Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and push or pull with a dolly or pallet jack up to 500 pounds.
  • Must possess a valid California Driver's license.
  • Must have hands-on knowledge of boiler, mechanical fluid power, pneumatic systems, electrical, and machine shop skills.
  • Must be able to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems, repair and maintain all equipment in accordance with plant policies and procedures.
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must have a good understanding of preventive predictive maintenance operations.
  • Strong verbal skills.
