Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents, maintaining the highest standards of quality and compassion.
- Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants, ensuring that all tasks are completed with precision and care.
- Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations, as well as those established by the Director of Nursing.
- Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.
Requirements
- Possess an active LPN license in the state of residence.
- Hold current/active CPR Certification.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity.
- Exhibit excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
