Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
  • Meet with assigned nursing personnel to plan shifts' services, programs, and activities.
  • Administer professional nursing services and medication to residents, ensuring they receive services in accordance with their care plan.
  • Assist with new admissions and discharges, consulting with residents, family members, and physicians in planning care, treatment, and rehabilitation.
  • Visit residents to observe and evaluate their physical and emotional well-being, reporting changes to the RN Supervisor or Clinical Director.
