We are seeking a highly skilled Nutrition Services Supervisor to join our team at United Hospital Center. As a key member of our dietary department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise a team of dietary staff to ensure efficient and effective food service operations.
- Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our patients and staff.
- Conduct regular temperature and taste checks to ensure food quality and safety.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless food service operations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and hospital policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two years of high-volume food service experience, with at least one year of supervisory experience.
- Valid Food Service Worker Permit (FSWP) required.
- County Person-in-Charge (PIC) training within 30 days of hire.
- Two years of high-volume food service supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
- Certified Food Manager (CFM) Certification.
