Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Construction Project Manager specializing in multifamily projects to join our dynamic team. This permanent, full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with a leading construction firm.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Construction Project Manager for Multifamily Projects, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing all facets of the construction process, including subcontractor selection, work crew supervision, material procurement, and compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Coordinating and supervising the design and planning phases of construction projects, collaborating closely with architects and engineers to create detailed plans and specifications.
  • Developing and maintaining project timelines, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and relevant regulations.
  • Preparing and presenting project status updates to stakeholders, including clients, management, and team members.
  • Addressing any issues or delays that may hinder the successful completion of projects.
  • Promoting a culture of safety and quality, ensuring all work aligns with company policies and industry best practices.

Qualifications:
To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, specifically focusing on multifamily projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective management of relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Proficiency in project management software and other relevant applications.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Professional Project Management (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • A proven track record of successfully completed projects, showcasing leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to quality and safety.
