About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Workout Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching classes, creating new workouts, and promoting our brand within the studio and beyond.

The salary for this position is $40.00 - $50.00 per hour, reflecting our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging workouts that cater to a range of fitness levels
  • Teach classes consisting of Spin, strength, and yoga components
  • Modify exercises on demand to accommodate different fitness levels
  • Engage and motivate groups of 20 people through a fast-paced workout
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our members
  • Promote and sell our services within the studio and beyond
