  • Welcome new enrollees and provide an overview of the Federal TruConnect Program services and processes
  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality with sensitive client information
  • Act as the primary point of contact responsible for handling all enrollment appointments
  • Manage customers with care, sincerity, and empathy toward their issues and escalate any that require additional resources to resolve
  • Empathize and deescalate consumer concerns with sincerity, understanding, and care
  • Utilize provided tools and resources to educate consumers on the benefits provided by the Federal TruConnect Program
Responsibilities and Requirements:

This role requires 1-2 years of experience in Consulting, Customer Service, Benefits Enrollment, Member Services, or sales. A degree in Communications, Psychology, Marketing, Business Management, or related fields is preferred. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and impeccable professionalism in interactions with clients, management, and fellow staff.
