Freight Handler

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Freight Handler to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement and storage of merchandise.

• Maintain accurate records of pallets and inventory through regular audits and inspections.
• Operate electronic voice control equipment to fulfill club orders and transport merchandise to designated areas.
• Organize the warehouse by removing and stacking empty pallets, and placing cases on master pallets to prevent shifting of freight.
• Inspect freight for damage and misplacement, and verify correct freight label information on merchandise.
• Collaborate with managers and co-workers to achieve objectives and improve processes.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
