Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make a minimum of 60 outbound calls per day to engage with medical offices and promote our products.
  • Follow established communication scripts and thoroughly understand the products being offered to ensure accurate and effective communication.
  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries, providing timely and helpful solutions to their needs.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify and update account information, and build sustainable relationships through proactive engagement.
  • Multitask effectively, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing priorities to meet business objectives.
  • Follow up on delivered materials and ensure seamless execution of customer interactions.
  • Embody a growth mindset, remaining open to feedback and coaching to continuously improve performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound B2B calling, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Salesforce are highly desirable.
  • Avaya phone experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with operations and management.
  • Strong self-motivation, energy, and creativity, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • Active listening skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
