TD SYNNEX is seeking a skilled systems engineer to design and implement cloud solutions, process automation, infrastructure as code, cloud governance, and systems management. This position involves working in a team to build and maintain platforms and programs for service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement automation solutions using tools like Ansible, CDK, Terraform, CloudFormation, and Python.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and design solutions in our services practice.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for various vendor products.
  • Advocate customer requests, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues.
  • Research technical subjects, including interoperability with operating systems and third-party applications.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Technology-related bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant technical work experience or 4+ years of relevant technical work experience.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code, scripting, automation, and workflows.
  • IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) knowledge.
  • Systems administration and enterprise architecture expertise.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Compute, database, and storage knowledge.
  • Networking and security expertise.
  • Virtualization and cloud infrastructure-as-a-service experience.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize tasks to meet project deadlines.
