Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Management: Provide inspirational leadership to your team, motivating and guiding them to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Store Operations: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
- Customer Service: Ensure that every customer interaction is positive and memorable, fostering a loyal customer base and driving repeat business.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including promotions, pricing, and product offerings.
- Expense Control: Manage store expenses effectively, identifying areas for cost reduction and implementing cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements
