Electronics Systems Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Electronics Systems Specialist to join our team at Stahl Companies in Camp Pendleton, California.
The successful candidate will have experience in coordinating lab resources, gathering information, and providing technical advice. They will also be responsible for assembling and maintaining instrumentation, preparing and calibrating test equipment, and conducting bench tests.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate lab resources, gather information, and provide technical advice to ensure efficient test operations
- Assemble and maintain instrumentation according to the needs and requirements described in detailed test plans (DTPs)
- Prepare, align, and calibrate test equipment to ensure accurate measurements
- Conduct bench tests and verify instrumentation in accordance with instructions and procedures established by AVTB Lab personnel
- Install instrumentation onto test platforms and ensure that sensors accurately measure physical phenomena
- Observe instrumentation operation to detect malfunctions and ensure data quality
- Provide real-time verbal reports to test team members and notify them of any problems or issues
- Retrieve and process instrumentation data collected from test vehicles during formal testing
- Complete inventory checklists and inspect electrical project work for quality control and assurance
Qualifications:
- Level I (Entry/Junior) - less than 5 years of experience, requires a HS Diploma (BA/BS Preferred)
- 0-5 years of experience in the field or related area, knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
