DLX Deals is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Warehouse Associate. This position involves accurately and efficiently fulfilling customer orders by selecting and packaging products from our warehouse inventory.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures and guidelines.
  • Inventory Management: Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts to move inventory and products.
  • Workplace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Inventory Accuracy: Ensure accuracy of inventory counts by performing regular cycle counts, reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that daily tasks are completed on time with a high level of accuracy.

Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Previous warehouse experience, including forklift and order picker operation, is preferred.
  • Certification: Willingness to undergo forklift certification training, if not already certified, required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
