Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to a pediatric patient in their own home in Reseda, CA.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with pediatric patients and be able to provide skilled nursing care in a home setting. The patient requires afternoon availability on Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Provide skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses

Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the state where the LPN will practice
  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray
  • Current BLS card
  • One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
