We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Wellpath. As a key member of our behavioral health team, you will be responsible for providing individual and group psychotherapy, conducting psychological testing, and participating in developing, monitoring, and implementing behavioral management plans.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Clinical Services: Deliver direct clinical services, crisis management, psychological testing, and evaluation as required to meet mental health service needs.
- Ensure Quality Care: Ensure adherence to ethical and professional standards of care and participate in case staffing and quality improvement activities.
- Develop and Implement Goals: Develop and implement goals and objectives for clinical services provided and assist with staff recruitment and selection.
- Participate in Supervision and Staff Development: Participate in supervision, staff development, crisis intervention, and other administrative and managerial responsibilities as needed.
- Education: Doctorate in psychology and experience with mental health delivery systems.
- Experience: Significant professional experience in the mental field that indicates knowledge of diagnosis and treatment of psychological disorders and psychological evaluation techniques, including psychological assessment instruments.
- Licenses/Certifications: Licensed to practice psychology in the State of employment by the appropriate state licensing agency.
