Job Title: Children's Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Children's Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Presbyterian Medical Services. As a key member of our Behavioral Health team, you will provide therapeutic services to children and families in need.

Job Summary:

This is a professional position providing therapeutic services to Behavioral Health clients. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field and experience working with children and families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to children and families
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address mental health concerns
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify mental health needs
  • Provide education and support to families on mental health topics
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., counseling, psychology, social work)
  • Experience working with children and families in a mental health setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Current licensure as a mental health professional in the state of New Mexico
