Industrial Maintenance Specialist

Ryder is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Lakewood, WA. This full-time position offers competitive hourly pay based on experience, ranging from $25+ per hour.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining warehouse equipment, responding to unplanned breakdowns, and adhering to established safety procedures. Key responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting, dissassembling, and reassembling manufacturing equipment
- Maintaining material handling equipment such as conveyors, paint systems, stackers, grinders, and forklifts
- Adhering to established safety procedures
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A strong background in maintenance repair and preventative maintenance programs
- Good organizational, communication, and planning skills
- Aptitude to investigate and problem-solve various mechanical issues
