Medicos es una instalación ortopédica licenciada.

Estamos en busca de un Asistente de Ortopedia para colaborar en la adaptación de dispositivos ortopédicos, incluyendo pero no limitado a, soportes para la columna, cervicales y de rodilla.

Este es un entorno de trabajo dinámico que atiende a pacientes en toda la región metropolitana de Dallas y Ft Worth.

La mezcla de pacientes incluye tanto Medicare como seguros comerciales.

La verificación de seguros y la pre-certificación se realizan internamente, mientras que la programación de citas es gestionada por el profesional.

Las adaptaciones se llevan a cabo en nuestras instalaciones o en los hogares de los pacientes según sea necesario.

Los candidatos para este puesto deben tener una mentalidad centrada en el paciente y estar dispuestos a dedicar tiempo adicional para asegurar la completa satisfacción y cumplimiento de los pacientes.

Calificaciones

  • Licencia actual del Estado de Texas como Asistente de Ortopedia
  • Habilidades de comunicación efectivas
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo
  • Conocimiento de todos los tipos de dispositivos ortopédicos de diferentes fabricantes

Responsabilidades

  • Programar citas para adaptaciones de dispositivos ortopédicos
  • Realizar adaptaciones de dispositivos según sea necesario

Salario

  • Negociado según la experiencia
  • Reembolso de millaje para adaptaciones fuera de la oficina
  • Los costos de licencia y CEUs son cubiertos por la empresa
