Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Anders Group. As a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

This travel Registered Respiratory Therapist position is a 13-week assignment with 36 hours per week, working 12-hour night shifts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory therapy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, treatment, and education
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Conduct respiratory therapy procedures, including ventilator management and oxygen therapy
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements:
  • Current RRT certification
  • 2+ years of experience in respiratory therapy
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
