The Aircraft Mechanic is a critical role within our team at Aloha Air Cargo. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of aircraft systems, powerplants, airframe, avionics, and components.
- Initiate, execute, and sign forms, tags, and other paperwork in accordance with maintenance manuals.
- Review all paperwork for completeness and signatures, and release aircraft for service in accordance with Aloha Air Cargo's Maintenance Log procedures.
- Collaborate with the Crew Chief and Supervisor - Line Maintenance to ensure the successful completion of maintenance tasks.
- Provide assistance in interpreting and resolving aircraft discrepancies.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety and accident prevention measures.
- Perform additional duties as delegated by the Crew Chief, Supervisor - Line Maintenance, or Maintenance Management personnel.
- High school diploma or equivalency.
- Valid driver's license and current Airframe & Powerplant Certificate.
- Two years A&P experience preferred.
- Previous electrical and avionics experience desired.
- Competitive salary range of $29.96 to $35.31, plus $6.00 for A&P licenses.
