Eight Black Partnership LLC is seeking professional transportation services candidates to join our team as Airport Shuttle Drivers. We pride ourselves on being an industry leader in providing top-notch, well-maintained vehicles for transportation services in Longmont, Boulder, and surrounding northern Colorado communities.

Key Responsibilities:
Safe and efficient transportation of customers to and from the airport
Arriving at and departing from locations on schedule
Use of navigational apps and driver tablet
Professional interaction with customers
Clear communication with dispatch
Customer service and operations management

Requirements:
Minimum age of 25 due to insurance limitations
Current/Valid Colorado driver's license
Clean MVR, DOT physical, drug test required
COVID vaccinated (preferred)
Safe and efficient driving skills
Ability to work independently while being a team player
Proficiency in using navigational apps and tools safely
Time Management and Organizational Skills
Physical Stamina/Ability to Load and Unload Luggage
Desire to excel
Professional Appearance

Compensation and Benefits:
$17.75/hour base rate + tip pool (approx. $3-$4 per hour) + cash tips
Flexible Time Off (unpaid personal and accrued sick leave)
Full and Part Time Available
Excellent Earning Potential, Flexible Schedule
Paid Training (3 shifts - $15/hr)
