About the Role

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team in Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) studies using a magnetic resonance device, including preparing patients, positioning, setting imaging parameters, and displaying images.
  • Select appropriate imaging protocol for patient studies and perform quality assurance scans as required.
  • Work under general supervision and demonstrate the ability to work cohesively as a team member within the MRI Department.
  • Prepare patients for and perform intravenous injection of MR contrast agents, including the use of the MR compatible power injector.
  • Monitor for and respond to adverse reactions to MR contrast agents and record all information regarding contrast injections appropriately.
Requirements
  • ARRT (MR) certification
  • Completion of a Medical Imaging Program
  • BLS certification
  • Advanced MR certification required within 18 months of hire date
