Key Responsibilities- Project Implementation: Support the successful implementation of new projects, engineering, and process changes to ensure quality and delivery of products while maintaining cost competitiveness.
- Project Leadership: Lead respective projects, including cost and milestone control, to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.
- Equipment Setup and Maintenance: Plan and execute the set-up and tear-down of production equipment to ensure efficient production processes.
- Process Optimization: Collect and analyze process data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize production processes.
- Quality Assurance: Develop, revise, and document manufacturing processes to meet quality, cost, scrap, labor, and safety goals.
- Customer Support: Provide floor support to troubleshoot process problems and implement customer product reviews by providing prototypes, tooling, and equipment.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline.
- Experience: Experience in welding and stamping processes.
- Certifications: IATF certification highly preferred.
- Skills: Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts, principles of logical or scientific thinking, and knowledge of Database software, Project Management software, Manufacturing software, CMMS Software, Spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software.
