Employs the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and education for patients and their families.

Communicates essential patient and family information effectively to the healthcare team. Engages in problem-solving for discrepancies from patient objectives and ensures the execution of solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. 2. Graduation from an accredited nursing program. 3. Clinical expertise and analytical skills required to develop effective nursing care plans. 4. Capability to perform a diverse range of professional nursing tasks. 5. Proficient communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare staff.

Licensure and Certifications Required:
Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.

Certifications:
BLS - AHA

Registered Nurse (RN)

Skills:


Clinical expertise and analytical skills necessary to create effective nursing care plans within the assigned unit/department. Ability to execute a broad spectrum of professional nursing services. Proficient communication abilities with patients, families, and healthcare personnel.
