Role Summary:

As a Licensed Physical Therapist, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement rehabilitation programs aimed at restoring and enhancing the physical capabilities of our patients. You will encounter a diverse range of orthopedic issues, including acute work-related injuries, pre- and post-operative conditions, as well as initiatives focused on workplace wellness and injury prevention. Your treatment plans will be tailored to meet the individual goals of each patient, facilitating their return to work and daily activities with confidence and dignity. Our therapy division is expanding, emphasizing high-quality care and the utmost standards. We prioritize rapid recovery while keeping patients actively involved in their rehabilitation journey through proactive scheduling and follow-up, ensuring injured workers return to their roles and lives as swiftly as possible. Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the therapeutic and rehabilitative needs of patients and formulate suitable treatment plans.
  • Continuously update and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Employ clinical judgment in the assessment, planning, implementation, and monitoring of patient progress.
  • Effectively instruct and counsel patients on exercises, home care programs, and educational resources.
  • Maintain transparent communication with patients and referring healthcare providers regarding care plans and progress.
  • Treat colleagues, patients, families, and others with respect and dignity.
  • Perform additional job-related duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Doctorate or Graduate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in California is mandatory.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to patient outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and patient management systems.
  • Familiarity with physical therapy office management protocols and procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outpatient experience is preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
