Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating a tractor/trailer and transporting products to and from specified destinations in accordance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. This is a physical job that requires manual labor, lifting, and standing for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a tractor/trailer and transport products to and from specified destinations
  • Load and unload trailers, including manual labor and lifting
  • Transport chips, dips, and other snack foods to and from large grocery stores, Frito Lay manufacturing facilities, and other traffic centers
  • Obtain signature of receipt, pick up returns, and complete logs and other paperwork related to deliveries
  • Review invoices and/or manifests for accuracy
  • Use an electronic logging device to track hours and routes
Requirements
  • Valid Class A CDL license
  • At least 100,000 verifiable accident-free miles or more than 2,500 accident-free hours
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation
