**Job Summary**

Remington is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Inspector to join our team. As a Housekeeping Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare schedules for the housekeeping staff and complete work distribution reports to ensure all areas are covered.
  • Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Train and supervise new associates and provide ongoing training to current staff.
  • Check for early make-ups, special requests, and VIPs, and ensure that all rooms are properly prepared for guests.
  • Maintain accurate records of lost and found items.
  • Run departure reports and recheck rooms showing up in your assigned section.
  • Write up work orders for repairs and report any broken door locks or safety hazards to management immediately.

**Requirements:**

  • High work ethic and self-initiative.
  • Ability to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
