Position Overview

Compensation ranges from $30 to $35 per session based on experience.

The Spa at the Inns of Aurora is actively seeking both full-time and part-time team members to join our state-of-the-art facility, which spans 15,000 square feet and was established to enhance wellness through a holistic lens. Our Spa is designed to foster profound healing and balance within a luxurious environment, surrounded by the tranquility of nature. The facility features 10 treatment rooms, various hydrotherapy options, and a spacious outdoor co-ed sauna, making it a premier destination for both guests and staff.

Essential Qualifications

  • Valid New York State license and registration
  • Proficiency in assessing musculoskeletal issues
  • Capability to perform deep tissue massage
  • Ability to create treatment plans addressing specific concerns
  • Strong communication skills with clients during all phases of service
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to exceeding client expectations
  • Enthusiasm for bodywork and wellness, with a desire for continuous professional development
  • Willingness to share knowledge about health and wellness with colleagues and the community
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, along with computer proficiency
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Comfort in recommending post-session wellness products
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Experience

  • Background in the massage or wellness industry
  • Sales experience is a plus
