Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Assistant to provide administrative support to our sales team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of administrative experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including tracking sales order status and submitting deal registrations.
  • Work as a liaison between service delivery and sales, ensuring the quote to cash process is followed.
  • Organize events and provide administrative support to assigned region.
  • Track order status to ensure customers receive products in a timely manner.
  • Escalate ongoing or urgent issues to the Solutions Consultant or Inside Sales Representative for resolution, as needed.
  • Collect and process paperwork from customers, including onboarding paperwork and statement of work.
  • Create deal registrations for top vendors.
  • Open and review service tickets based on customer needs.
  • Submit returns/credits for the assigned region and follow to completion.
  • Work with Collections and send invoicing to customers and/or salespeople.
  • Provide innovative ideas on sales support process improvements and collaborate with ISRs to build a team atmosphere.
  • Assist the Renewals Team in creating configurations for customer licensing.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of administrative experience.
  • Industry experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in a sales support role preferred.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associates Degree preferred.
