Key Qualifications:

  • ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
  • EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is preferred
  • RETAIL EXPERIENCE: At least 1 year in a retail management role
  • SUPERVISORY/MANAGERIAL EXPERIENCE: Preferred minimum of 1 year in a leadership position
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours
  • Capable of lifting items weighing up to 40 pounds
  • Able to climb ladders and maintain balance
  • Flexibility to bend, kneel, squat, and reach overhead regularly
  • WORK SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Assistant Store Managers are expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with potential for additional hours as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods. Overtime compensation is available for hourly employees.
