Device Design and Manufacturing Expert

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled NPI Engineer to join our team. As an NPI Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support for all aspects of manufacturing transfer operations. You will become the SME for designated projects and ensure compliance with our D&D Quality System, customer needs, schedule requirements, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes
- Improve product flow and quality performance
- Lead creation of manufacturing process validation plans and reports
- Troubleshoot designs and processes when defects occur
- Utilize lean manufacturing tools for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 5 years of related experience
- 12 months of experience with each of the following: developing and implementing manufacturing processes, creating manufacturing process validation plans, and utilizing lean manufacturing tools
